Where the river bends
Our town sits where the Colorado River bends below Monument Hill — courthouse square, the old Katy depot, live oaks older than the county. We distill in small batches, cut with Hill Country water, and bottle by hand. No shortcuts, no seasonal gimmicks — just juniper, botanicals we can stand behind, and the time it takes to get them right.
We put the place on the label because the place is the point: every seal reads La Grange, Texas, and every batch tastes like it was made here, by people who plan to stay.
A town with a long memory
La Grange has kept its history close since 1837 — the sandstone courthouse, the monument to the Dawson men, the depot where the Katy line used to run. We like making something new in a town that remembers everything; it keeps the standard honest.
