Contact form. If you write to us, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. We use them solely to answer your enquiry, and they are delivered to our mailbox via Amazon Web Services (API Gateway, Lambda, and Simple Email Service).

Browser storage. We store two values in your browser's local storage: your confirmation that you are 21 or older, and whether you dismissed our storage notice. These never leave your device.

Nothing else. We run no analytics, set no tracking cookies, use no advertising pixels, and sell no personal information to anyone.

For visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process contact-form data on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to messages you choose to send us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), or to take steps you request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle it, then delete it.

For visitors in South Africa, we process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect only what you voluntarily submit, use it only for the purpose you submitted it for, and do not share it with third parties beyond the AWS infrastructure that delivers it to us. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at the email address above, and you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Wherever you are, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email gin@lagrange-distilling.com. EEA/UK residents additionally have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection under the GDPR, and may complain to their supervisory authority.

Our infrastructure runs on Amazon Web Services in the United States. By submitting the contact form you understand your message is processed there. We retain correspondence only as long as necessary to deal with it and any follow-up.

This website is intended for people of legal drinking age (21+ in the United States). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
